Yeo's Chicken & Rice is Singapore's first and most iconic chicken rice, started in 1987 at Straits Restaurant. Our signature dish is a succulent plate of steamed chicken breast and thigh served with fragrant rice cooked in pandan leaves and light soy sauce. The dish is garnished with cucumber, dark soy sauce, and chili sauce to give it that unique Southeast Asian flavor.
